BathingA dog's skin cycle is 21 days. After 3-4 weeks their skin and fur naturally sheds and regrows. Without grooming this skin and fur becomes trapped and causes mats, odor, dirt and oils to build up. With regular grooming your dog's skin and coat remains healthy while preventing shedding, dander, and tangles to get out of hand. Regular bathing and brushing also keeps your pet feeling, looking and smelling fresh!

Ear Cleaning
Anal Gland Expression(by request only) A good long scrub in the tub with shampoo and conditioner! All dogs will be hand dried - Absolutely No Cage Drying! Brush out / de-shed (depending on coat type) Nails clipped and buffed (if dog will tolerate) Perfume is included upon request! |
Grooming
Our grooming services include the full bathing services plus a hair cut of your pets preference following breed standards. Breeds that require regular haircuts need extra attention. Preparing the coat for a haircut can sometimes take longer than the haircut itself. Being on a regular schedule is important for dogs that get haircuts. A dog that comes to us every 4-6 weeks thinks grooming is a part of life while a dog groomed every 4-6 months may think it is being punished. A "trim" is also available and includes light scissoring around the feet, eyes, rear and underline.
Our Double Coated Friends
For Our Double Coated Friends:
Grooming service would include all of the above with 15 minute extra brush-out (more time may result in extra charges for extra shedding). Double coated breeds shed some hair year round but regular bathing and brushing of double coated breeds controls shedding all year long! Packed undercoat requires extra time, attention, and high quality products. Extra charges will be applied to matted doubled coated breeds. |
One on One Grooming
All appointments are taken as one family* in at at time. If you only have one dog in your family then only your dog will be in the shop but say you have 3 dogs in your family you want groomed then we can take all 3 at the same time. *Family's of dogs MUST be able to be around each other without incident.
Handling
We can take the strongest dogs to the dog that cant stand on its own. Being family owned groomers that work one on one with your dog, you should feel comfortable knowing that they are going to be pampered head to toe. We even do massages for those who may seem a little nervous or jumpy.
Pickup and Drop-off
Are you in need of having your dog picked up and dropped off for grooming? We may be able to help. Depending on location we can cater to those in need of a ride for their pooch. Price based on distance traveled and ease of access to pets or property.

Regular grooming balances the coat and skin and is easier on the dog, the groomer, the vacuum time, and the wallet.
